Sorry for the lack or recent update, its been a very busy couple of weeks
Thursday before last was our annual Parents Evening. About 120 parents, friends and members turned up to Rilla Mill Hall to hear Pip and I run through the events of the past year, followed by the first performance of our drama production 'Half an Idea'. The play went well, everyone seemed to enjoy it and feedback was very good so fingers crossed for the competition, which is TONIGHT, 7.30 at Liskeard Public Hall.
Last thursday, in a change to our programme, we went and saw Coads Green's pantomime production 'Beauty and the Beast' which was most enjoyable, particularly the character played by our new club member Amy Trehane who was so evil it scared us! Booohissssssss. Colin Park Club welcomed us in for a cheap beer after.
